What is your session fee? A standard 50-minute therapy session is $130. I accept payment by cash, check, or credit card at the time of service.
Do you take insurance? Yes. I currently accept Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Tricare, MHN, and Optum Behavioral Health. For other plans, I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement as an out-of-network provider.
Do you offer telehealth sessions? Yes. I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions for California residents. Telehealth can be a convenient and effective option for many clients.
What ages do you work with? I work with children, teens, adults, as well as couples and families. My approach is developmentally informed and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
What concerns do you specialize in? I support clients facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, trauma and PTSD, family conflict, emotional regulation in children and teens, parenting concerns, grief, and life transitions.
What therapeutic approaches do you use? My practice is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a research-supported approach that fosters connection and healing in relationships. I am also certified in EMDR, a highly effective method for processing trauma. My work is attachment-based, emotionally attuned, and strengths-focused.

Do you offer evening or weekend appointments? I currently offer appointments Monday through Friday. I’ll do my best to find a time that works with your schedule.
What is your cancellation policy? Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be subject to the full session fee, except in cases of emergency.
